Amor Organix chest rub is fantastic stuff.  The owner and founder of Amor Organix found the recipe for the chest rub in her grandmother's things.  Friends of mine who ar asthmatics said it helped them in place of their breathing treatments in the fall and spring weather.  Another friend used it in her daughter's vaporizer like you would Vicks and it filled the room with a heavenly smelling mist and calmed her daughters cough so she could sleep.  (okay, so BOTH of them could sleep)

Personally, as a person who uses the products from Amor Organix, here's what the little jar of happiness might not tell you.  I am a trail runner for most months out of the year.  But let's be reasonable.  I live in Detroit where Easter is not typically spring dresses.  It's wool scarves and snow shovels.  So I have to wait all winter to get back to my favorite sport.  The first few runs of spring are tough.  But for athelets and runners, here is my trick.  Rub a bit of Amor Organix chest rub on your collar bone of skin at the top of your shirt.  When you really start to get into the run, breathing is much easier thanks to the chest rub and the work out is longer.  I can burn a lot more calories and make progress faster in my training.  Really, its a treatment for chest colds and chronic asthma but also a runners best friend when pushing to the next training level.
